Fanatic Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sacred Silence on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and any applicable Apple usage rules.

The app, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Fanatic Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the app except as permitted by law.

No Medical or Professional Advice

Sacred Silence is intended as a spiritual and reflective tool only. It does not provide medical, mental health, counseling, or other professional advice.

Availability and Changes

Fanatic Tech may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Sacred Silence at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sacred Silence is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanatic Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits arising from or related to your use of Sacred Silence.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these terms will end automatically if you fail to comply with them.

Data Stored on Your Device

If the app stores settings or session-related information for functionality, that information remains on your device unless you choose to back up your device through Apple services. Fanatic Tech does not receive that information.
